Spectacular Exterior Amenities at Omega, the Final Luxury High-Rise at Bonita Bay

The Ronto Group has created a spectacular array of outdoor amenities at Omega, a new 27-floor high-rise tower to be built by Ronto within Bonita Bay. The Omega tower will be the final luxury high-rise tower to be built at Bonita Bay. Omega residents will also enjoy 18,000 square feet of indoor amenities. The indoor and outdoor amenities will be integrated to provide a captivating indoor/outdoor experience. The clean-lined, modern looking tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 tower residences and the four penthouses. The design offers an approach to high-rise living that has never been available in Southwest Florida. Omega’s four penthouse residences are sold out. Tower residence pre-construction pricing starts at $2.150 million.

Omega’s clubroom on the south side of the building will measure more than 3,000 square feet and feature tall windows overlooking the tower’s clean-lined exterior amenity deck. The expansive deck will provide views to the south and west. Contemporary glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s golf courses. A massive pool with a beach entry, and two sun shelves that will each include six chaise lounges and built-in benches will serve as the amenity deck’s centerpiece. Poolside day beds, or “pool cocoons,” will be placed around the pool and feature retractable tops. Six private poolside cabanas are available for purchase and will include full bathrooms and a beverage center with a sink and refrigerator. Day cabanas will be available on a first come, first served basis. A whirlpool spa will be situated under an attractive trellis.

The amenity deck will provide an ambiance that will naturally attract residents and encourage them to relax and enjoy. Shade palms will be placed about the concrete pavered deck. A pool pavilion with a bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place. Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion. Generous seating areas will be available at various places on the deck, including sunset viewing areas, and a fire pit terrace. Other attractions include a putting lawn and a decorative sculpture surrounded by plank-style concrete and patterned turf.
Through a variety of membership opportunities, Omega residents can also take advantage of the amenities available through the Bonita Bay Club that has been designated a Platinum Clubs of America Five-Star Club of Excellence from 2016 through 2018. The Club’s amenities include three on-property and two off-property golf courses, as well as a 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center with a 9,000 square-foot spa and salon, a 20,000 square-foot fitness center, and the Wave Café that features healthy menu selections. A new Tennis and Aquatic Center has been completed and features a Sports Center with a tennis pro shop, and men’s and ladies’ tennis locker rooms. A renovated pool includes four lap lanes, a beach entry, and a spa. The Breezeway Bar and Café features a poolside outdoor dining experience and offers casual fare, including salads, grilled items, and fresh sandwiches. An open-air bar under roof is available for a poolside beverage. Pool restrooms, showers, and locker rooms, as well as a towel pick-up and drop-off station are included.

Ronto to Begin Converting Omega Reservations To Contracts Over the Next Few Weeks

The Ronto Group announced it has initiated the conversion process and will begin converting reservations for residences at its Omega luxury high-rise at Bonita Bay to sales contracts over the next few weeks. Reservations worth nearly $80 million have been processed since the project was announced earlier this year. The 27-floor Omega tower to be built by the award-winning developer will be the final high-rise at Bonita Bay. Designed by Robert M. Luxury homebuyers have been captivated by Omega’s spacious floor plans, the level of Ronto’s standard and optional finish selections, the building’s indoor and outdoor amenities, and Bonita Bay’s award-winning lifestyle. Rather than designing a four unit per floor building, Ronto and Swedroe created a three unit per floor approach that allows the residences to be wider and more spacious than typical high-rises. The light-filled residences will feature open living spaces with tall windows overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The tower residences will be on levels four through 25. Three tower floor plans are available. The living spaces, owners’ suites, and some of the guest bedrooms will open to outdoor terraces with 42-inch high glass railings. Ten feet four-inch volume ceilings, except where dropped, will create a sense of space not available in Southwest Florida’s existing high-rise residences. The tower plans present open-concept living areas with a spacious great room, a double-island kitchen in the 01 and 03 residences with a large walk-in pantry, and a dining area. Every tower residence comes with a private elevator lobby and a private enclosed two-car garage. Tower residents will also enjoy a roof-top amenity deck.

The 01 and 03 tower floor plans feature a massive great room, an elegant dining area, a comfortable family room, and a double-island kitchen that combine to create the spacious, open living area preferred by potential purchasers. The great room and owner’s bedroom fully open to a huge west and northwest facing terrace with multiple conversation areas, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. A clean-lined linear fireplace is included in the great room. The double-island kitchen offers an additional gathering place when entertaining. The plan also includes a den, four-and-a-half baths, and three large guest bedrooms. The den and all three guest bedrooms open to another large terrace that offers sunrise views. The owner’s suite features a huge walk-in closet, and a bath with separate vanities and separate water closets.

As planned, a grand salon will feature a living room-like setting with couches, side chairs, a cocktail table, and see-through views of a covered terrace and the outdoor amenity deck. A 600 square-foot library and card room and a 750 square-foot billiards and game room will be situated off the salon. Both spaces will provide access the covered terrace.

The south side of the building will feature a social room measuring more than 3,000 square feet. Tall curved windows will offer long-range views to the south and west. The social room will include a bar, a linear fireplace, and a kitchen that can be used by residents and caterers for events. Double doors will open to the outdoor amenity deck. Omega’s 600 square-foot theater will be situated off the social room and offer plush couches and chaises.

Three guest suites are located on the north side of the building to accommodate out-of-town visitors. Ronto Going to Contract at Omega, The Final High-Rise at Bonita Bay

After processing reservations worth nearly $80 million at its Omega high-rise tower within Bonita Bay, The Ronto Group announced it is now converting reservations to binding sales contracts. The 27-floor Omega tower to be built by the award-winning developer will be the final luxury high-rise at Bonita Bay. Designed by Robert M. Swedroe, the clean-lined tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses. Swedroe’s design presents a fresh, out of market perspective on luxury and an approach to high-rise living that has never been available in the Southwest Florida market. With all four of the penthouses reserved, Ronto is now accepting purchase agreements for tower residences. Tower residence pre-construction pricing starts at $2.150 million.

“We have experienced an unbelievable demand for residences at Omega,” said Ronto Group president Anthony Solomon. “Our goal was to offer something that has never been offered before in Southwest Florida. We spoke with potential purchasers prior to designing the building. They indicated view corridors and open floor plans with large living areas, large owner’s suites and secondary bedrooms, big outdoor living areas, private garages, and easily accessible storage were critical. Functionality and comfort were more important than form. Rather than wanting to downsize by moving into a condominium, they wanted to simplify their lives by moving into a maintenance-free environment without sacrificing space or livability. We designed accordingly. Rather than designing a four unit per floor building, we created a three unit per floor approach that allowed the residences to be wider and more spacious than typical condominiums. Omega is the final high-rise at Bonita Bay, and we want it to be unique and very special. We believe it will be and our customers were directly involved in making that happen.”
