Bonita Bay Life and Golf Membership Benefits

Bonita Bay is a golf and sports club located in Bonita Springs, Florida. This member-owned private club has five golf courses, three practice facilities, a short game practice area, two pro shops an experienced teaching staff. Life at Bonita Bay is greatly enhanced due the many benefits of a golf membership. Here are just a few:

Bonita Bay has 5 golf courses

At most clubs, you may have access to championship golf, but having access to five courses is a rare commodity. At Bonita Bay, five of Southwest Florida’s top courses can be experienced under one membership.

3 Arthur Hills designed courses

Arthur Hills is a renowned American golf course designer. He has designed more than 200 new golf courses and has renovated or modified more than 120 in preparation of major USGA and PGA Championships. The three courses that were designed by Arthur Hills at Bonita Bay are Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary courses, each with their own personality. Marsh features a natural wetland terrain among oaks and palmettos, while Creekside is known for its broad fairways and subtle rolling hills. The Bay Island course, which lies adjacent to Estero Bay, challenges players with water hazards, sand traps and thick oak and cypress strands.

Tom Fazio is another renowned American golf course designer whose talents are exemplified at two of Bonita Bay’s courses. The Cypress and Sabal courses, located at the Bonita Bay Naples Club, are nestled among cypress strands, Florida slash pines and sabal palms. Not to mention, the courses are Audubon Sanctuary courses, meaning the courses were specifically designed to protect the environment and preserve the natural heritage of the game of golf.

Why I Upgraded to a Penthouse Suite & Never Looked Back

Whether it’s your first, second or third home, the decision to purchase takes a lot of consideration and weighing of your various options. If you’re considering a new-home purchase, why not shoot for the stars and go for a penthouse? Here are just a few reasons why the purchase of a penthouse suite may be the right move for you.

The views are unprecedented

City or suburbs, on the coast or inland, penthouses give you a perspective that not many will see in their lifetime. Not only are the views unprecedented, but you’re left with a sense of pride every time you walk out onto your balcony as the views reinforce your purchase decision.

There’s a sense of peace and tranquility

The peace and tranquility of a penthouse is something you cannot take for granted. When you’re what feels like miles above everyone else, the rest of the world disappears and you’re free to enjoy the beauty and the solitude of your home. There’s no street noise, virtually no neighbors, plenty of natural light and the best views you could ask for. With a penthouse, you truly are living in your own personal paradise.

There are more amenities than before

Modern penthouse suites find themselves atop luxury residences teaming with amenities. In addition to the beautiful finishes you’ll find inside your home, if you pick the right penthouse, the amenities will also match the lifestyle you’ve come to expect.

Just Two Private Poolside Cabanas Remain Available at Omega High-Rise

The Ronto Group announced that just two private poolside cabanas remain available for purchase exclusively by future residents at Omega, a new 27-floor high-rise tower to be built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. Designed by Robert M. Swedroe, the clean-lined, modern looking tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses, three of which are under contract. Ronto has processed binding sales contracts worth more than $100 million. The remaining penthouse is priced at $6.75 million. Pre-construction pricing for the tower residences that offer a stunning 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide starts at $2.3 million and is available for a limited time. Ronto will break ground on construction of Omega this spring. Homebuyers are encouraged to make their purchase decisions soon.

For sun worshippers who are looking forward to lounging on Omega’s expansive pool deck, the private poolside cabanas offer a perfect place to cool off or to take a nap in air-conditioned comfort. Each of the cabanas features a full bathroom and a beverage center with a sink and a refrigerator. The cabanas also offer a unique, comfortable place for children and grandchildren to stay while visiting Omega. The private poolside cabanas are priced at $350,000 and are available for purchase by future Omega residents only.

In keeping with its commitment to providing a one-of-a-kind living experience at Omega, Ronto also included six private cottages in the building’s design. Five of the cottages remain available for purchase. Located on level 2, the private cottages provide an ideal setting for a private office removed from the day to day activities in the owner’s residence, comfortable living quarters for live-in help or for an adult child who has returned to the nest, or a private, always available place for out of town guests. The 1 and 5 cottage residences are priced at $750,000. Both plans include one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths, a great room, an eat-in kitchen with a full appliance package, a walk-in shower in the bath, a walk-in closet, a stacked washer and dryer, a separate storage unit on the same floor, and a covered private terrace with lake and golf course views. The cottage 1 floor plan offers a total of 1,135 square feet, including 965 square feet under air, a 50 square foot private storage space, and a terrace measuring 120 square feet. The cottage 5 plan includes a total of 1,075 square feet with 915 square feet under air, a 50 square foot storage space, and a 110 square foot terrace.

The 2, 3, and 4 cottage floor plans range from 975 to 1,020 total square feet and are priced at $550,000. The cottage 3 residence has sold. These one room studio cottages offer an eat-in kitchen with a full appliance package, a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, a linear closet, a stacked washer and dryer, a separate storage unit, and a covered private terrace with lake and golf course views. Priced at $500,000, the one room studio cottage 6 plan includes a total of 775 square feet with 725 square feet under air and a 50 square foot storage space.

Omega residents will also be able to reserve one of the tower’s three guest suites when entertaining out of town visitors. Two of the suites can offer adjoining accommodations for multiple visitors or families with children. The luxurious guest suites are located on the building’s lobby level. In addition to providing guests a private place to stay while enjoying their visit, each of the three guest suites features a king-sized bed, a dresser and nightstand, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a coffee bar and beverage center, and a television. The guest suites will be available on a first come, first served basis. A nominal cleaning fee will be charged upon the guest’s departure.

Omega presents a fresh perspective on luxury and offers an approach to high-rise living never available in the Southwest Florida. With every fully completed tower residence offering expansive open-concept living areas, spacious covered outdoor terraces, luxurious features and finishes, a private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence, and a private enclosed two-car garage, Omega offers exceptional value. The tower and penthouse floor plans offer the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites. The light-filled residences will feature larger open living spaces with walls comprised of tall windows offering incredible views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The living spaces, owners’ suites, and some of the guest bedrooms will open to huge outdoor terraces that will feature 42-inch high glass railings. Volume ceiling heights of ten feet four-inches, or eleven feet four-inches in the penthouses, except where dropped, will create a sense of space that cannot be duplicated by remodeling the existing high-rise residences that dot the shoreline between Naples and Fort Myers.

Removed from the congestion of Naples’ seasonal traffic, Omega will be the last luxury high-rise to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for a maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury condominium lifestyle within the award-winning community. A scale model of the Omega tower is available for viewing at the Omega Sales Center at 26951 Country Club Drive within Bonita Bay. A full-sized sample kitchen is also available for viewing at the Sales Center.

Omega residents will enjoy 18,000 square feet of indoor amenities. A more than 3,000 square foot clubroom will feature tall windows overlooking the tower’s exterior amenity deck. Contemporary glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses. A pool with a beach entry and two sun shelves will serve as the amenity deck’s centerpiece. Poolside day beds, or “pool cocoons,” will be placed around the pool. Day cabanas will be available on a first come, first served basis. A pool pavilion with a bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place. Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion. Another pavilion will serve as a food area with an array of cooking appliances. Seating areas will be available, including sunset viewing areas, and a fire pit terrace.

Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace will include two hot tubs next to the terraces’ glass railing, allowing residents to relax while enjoying long-range water and sunset views. Two firepit seating areas behind the tubs, along with a larger fire table seating area complete with lounges, club chairs and sofas, will provide abundant seating to ensure all residents can fully enjoy the ambiance. Restrooms, a kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting.

The Omega Sales Center is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Sundays from noon to 5:00 p.m.  Call 239-301-4940 for a sales appointment.
