Omega Residents and Their Guests Will Enjoy a Spectacular Array of Amenities

2021 Sales Volume at Ronto’s Omega High-Rise Already Surpasses Total Sales Volume in 2020

The Ronto Group announced that the 2021 year to date sales volume at its Omega high-rise tower in Bonita Bay has surpassed the total sales volume processed in 2020. Since January 1, Ronto has processed nine sales at Omega worth $34,275,000. In 2020, ten residences worth $32,815,000 were sold at the 27-floor tower. Total sales volume is now approaching $141 million and the tower is 55% sold. Omega will feature 63 tower residences and four penthouses. Construction is underway. Hard hat tours are available at 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily by appointment only. Appointments must be made in advance. Tours will be limited to no more than 10 people at a time.  Reservations can be made by calling the Omega Sales Center at 239-301-4940.
