Construction Continues to Progress Rapidly at Ronto’s Omega High-Rise

The Ronto Group announced that construction of its 27-floor Omega high-rise tower at Bonita Bay continues to progress at a rapid pace.  Concrete has been poured on the building’s eleventh level and masonry work on levels 2, 3, 5, and 6 is underway.  Columns from level eleven to level twelve have been formed and poured.  Window installation and waterproofing are ongoing.  Finish selections for residences on floors seven and below have already been made and finish selection deadlines for residences on the upper floors have been set.  The clean-lined Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses.  The tower offers a fresh, highly amenitized perspective on luxury and an approach to high-rise living never available in Southwest Florida until now.

Construction of Omega at Bonita Bay

Omega is the last luxury high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for an all-new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury condominium lifestyle within the award-winning Bonita Bay community.  To date, Ronto has processed sales totaling more than $137 million at Omega, including $11 million in January, $10 million in February, and $6 million thus far in March.  The tower is nearly 55% sold.  The Omega floor plans feature the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites.  The tower residences offer 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide.  The 4,645 square-feet under air 401 tower residence will feature a 1,625 square feet extended west-facing terrace overlooking the building’s outdoor amenity deck.  A staircase secured by a fob entry will lead to the amenity deck.  The remaining tower residences are currently priced from $2,400,000 to $4,965,000. 

Residences above the 15th floor are available, including residences on the 16th through 25th floors.  The building’s 15th and 7th floors are sold out.  Just one residence remains available on five other floors.  Omega’s 01 tower residences on floors four through 25 will include 4,645 square feet under air, an unobstructed 68-foot wide view, outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet, and an 80 square-foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The 01-plan features a massive great room, elegant dining area, comfortable family room, and a double-island kitchen.  The great room and owner’s bedroom open to a huge west and southwest facing terrace with multiple conversation areas, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill.  The double-island kitchen offers an additional gathering place when entertaining.  The plan also includes four-and-a-half baths, three large guest bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, and ten-foot, four-inch ceilings except where dropped.  The den and all three guest bedrooms open to another large terrace that offers sunrise views.  The 401 tower residence will feature a 1,625 square feet extended west-facing terrace overlooking the building’s outdoor amenity deck.  A staircase secured by a fob entry will lead to the amenity deck.    The remaining 01 residences are priced from $2,855,000 to $4,965,000.

Omega’s 02 residences feature a spacious 4,210 square feet under air open-concept floor plan with a private elevator foyer, an interior foyer and gallery hallway, a spacious island kitchen with an adjoining family room, a large dining room and great room, three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half baths, and a 75 square foot air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The great room and dining room open to a 540 square-foot covered terrace that offers spectacular views and includes a gas grill.  The owner’s suite features a sitting area in the owner’s bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bath with a separate water closet, his and her vanities, a standalone soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  The remaining residences featuring the 02-floor plan are priced from $2,400,000 to $3,995,000.

Two residences featuring the 03-floor plan on the north side of the building also remain available.  The two remaining 03 residences will include 4,645 square feet under air, an unobstructed 68-foot wide view, outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet, and a 75 square-foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The two remaining 03 residences include one on the ninth floor priced at $3,395,000, and one on the fourth floor priced at $2,755,000.

One spectacular penthouse on Omega’s 26th floor remains available and is currently priced at $7,295,000.  The 2602 penthouse floor plan offers a total of 10,150 square feet of living space, including 6,480 square feet under air, terrace areas totaling 1,685, and a private rooftop terrace measuring 1,985 square feet.  The terrace areas include an Alfresco gas grill and 42-inch high glass railings.  The residence also comes with a private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same level as the residence, and the six-car “tandem” garage that measures 1,350 square feet.  The penthouse 2602 floor plan includes five bedrooms, a den, and five-and-a-half baths.

Contemporary glass railings will line the outdoor amenity deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses.  A pool with a beach entry and two sun shelves will serve as the centerpiece of the amenity deck.  Poolside day beds will be placed around the pool and feature retractable tops.  A whirlpool spa will be situated under an attractive trellis.   A pool pavilion with an open-air bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place.  Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion.  Seating areas will be available at various places on the amenity deck, including sunset viewing areas, and a fire pit terrace with seating.

Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace common area will include two hot tubs positioned next to the terraces’ glass railing, allowing residents to relax while enjoying breathtaking water and sunset views.  Two large firepit seating areas behind the tubs, along with an even larger fire table seating area complete with lounges, club chairs and sofas, will provide abundant seating to ensure all residents can enjoy the captivating ambiance.  Restrooms, a large kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting.  Through a variety of membership opportunities, Omega residents can also take advantage of the amenities available through Bonita Bay Club.
