The Ronto Group announced that just two private poolside cabanas remain available for purchase exclusively by future residents at Omega, a new 27-floor high-rise tower to be built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay. Designed by Robert M. Swedroe, the clean-lined, modern looking tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses, three of which are under contract. Ronto has processed binding sales contracts worth more than $100 million. The remaining penthouse is priced at $6.75 million. Pre-construction pricing for the tower residences that offer a stunning 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide starts at $2.3 million and is available for a limited time. For sun worshippers who are looking forward to lounging on Omega’s expansive pool deck, the private poolside cabanas offer a perfect place to cool off or to take a nap in air-conditioned comfort. Each of the cabanas features a full bathroom and a beverage center with a sink and a refrigerator. The cabanas also offer a unique, comfortable place for children and grandchildren to stay while visiting Omega. The private poolside cabanas are priced at $350,000 and are available for purchase by future Omega residents only.
In keeping with its commitment to providing a one-of-a-kind living experience at Omega, Ronto also included six private cottages in the building’s design. Five of the cottages remain available for purchase. Located on level 2, the private cottages provide an ideal setting for a private office removed from the day to day activities in the owner’s residence, comfortable living quarters for live-in help or for an adult child who has returned to the nest, or a private, always available place for out of town guests. These one room studio cottages offer an eat-in kitchen with a full appliance package, a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, a linear closet, a stacked washer and dryer, a separate storage unit, and a covered private terrace with lake and golf course views. Priced at $500,000, the one room studio cottage 6 plan includes a total of 775 square feet with 725 square feet under air and a 50 square foot storage space.
Omega residents will also be able to reserve one of the tower’s three guest suites when entertaining out of town visitors. Two of the suites can offer adjoining accommodations for multiple visitors or families with children. The luxurious guest suites are located on the building’s lobby level. In addition to providing guests a private place to stay while enjoying their visit, each of the three guest suites features a king-sized bed, a dresser and nightstand, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a coffee bar and beverage center, and a television. Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace will include two hot tubs next to the terraces’ glass railing, allowing residents to relax while enjoying long-range water and sunset views.
