The 01 and 03 tower residence floor plans at The Ronto Group’s 27-floor Omega tower to be built within Bonita Bay reflect Ronto’s desire to provide the newest and largest luxury high-rise residences in Southwest Florida. With every fully-completed tower residence including open-concept living areas, spacious covered outdoor terraces, luxurious features and finishes, a private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence, and a private enclosed two-car garage, Omega offers unprecedented value. The 01 and 03 plans offer 4,645 square feet under air and an incredible 1,005 square feet of outdoor terrace space. The 01 plan includes 80 square feet of air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence while the 03 plan features 75 square feet of air-conditioned storage space, also on the same floor as the residence.
Omega will be the last luxury high-rise to be built within Bonita Bay. Designed by Robert Swedroe, the clean-lined tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses. Ronto has processed sales contracts worth $75 million. Three of the four penthouses have been sold. The remaining penthouse features a six-car “tandem” garage and is priced at $6.75 million. Pre-construction pricing for the tower residences offering 78-feet or 68-feet wide views starts at $2.150 million.
The 01 and 03 tower floor plans showcase four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a den or fifth bedroom, and a living area that includes a great room with multiple conversation areas, a spacious dining area, and a double-island kitchen with a walk-in pantry. The owner’s suite includes two walk-in closets. The 01 plan offers the choice of having a soaking tub incorporated in the owner’s bathroom walk-in shower or having a separate tub and shower. The owners’ baths in each plan include dual vanities and dual water closets. The great room and owner’s bedroom open to a terrace spanning then entire length of the living area and then wraps around the corner of the building while overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This huge terrace provides 78-foot wide west and south-westerly views in the 01 residences and 78-foot wide west and north-westerly views in the 03 residences. The three guest suites and the den open to a terrace with a sunrise view. Walk-in closets and private baths are included in each of the guest suites. The plans also feature a private dual elevator lobby, a gallery entry hallway that leads to a gracious foyer, and a powder bath.
Ronto and Swedroe focused on creating the building from the inside out based on interviews with potential purchasers. The purchasers indicated view corridors and spacious, open floor plans with flowing living areas, large owner suites and secondary bedrooms, big outdoor living areas, private garages, and readily accessible storage space were all critical to the living experience. Functionality and comfort were more important than form. Potential purchasers wanted to simplify their lives by moving into a maintenance-free environment without sacrificing space or livability.
Ronto and Swedroe’s design takes advantage of high-rise construction methods and materials that span greater distances and allow the use of more glass. They created a three unit per floor approach that allowed wider and more spacious residences than any of the other high-rise towers under construction in Southwest Florida. The Omega tower and penthouse plans offer the square footage and width found in estate homes. The light-filled residences will feature larger, wider, open living spaces with tall windows offering incredible views. The living spaces, owners’ suites, and some of the guest bedrooms will open to huge outdoor terraces that will feature 42-inch high glass railings. Volume ceiling heights of ten feet four-inches, or eleven feet four-inches in the penthouses, except where dropped, will create a sense of space.
Ronto has included 18,000 square feet of indoor amenities at Omega. A clubroom will measure more than 3,000 square feet and feature windows overlooking the tower’s exterior amenity deck. Contemporary glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s three on-property golf courses. A pool with a beach entry and sun shelves will serve as the centerpiece of the amenity deck. Poolside day beds will be placed around the pool. Six private poolside cabanas are available for purchase by Omega residents. Day cabanas will be available on a first come, first served basis. A pool pavilion with a bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place. Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion. A second pavilion will offer a food area with cooking appliances. Seating areas will be available, including sunset viewing areas and a fire pit terrace.
Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace will include two hot tubs next to the terraces’ glass railing, allowing residents to relax in the soothing waters while enjoying breathtaking views. Two firepit seating areas behind the tubs, along with an even larger fire table seating area complete with lounges, club chairs and sofas, will provide abundant seating to ensure all residents can fully enjoy the captivating ambiance. Men’s and ladies’ restrooms, a large kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting. Through a variety of membership opportunities, Omega residents can also take advantage of the amenities available through the Bonita Bay Club.
