The Ronto Group has selected the interior design firms that will create the interior designs for two furnished models at its 27-floor Omega high-rise tower that is currently under construction at Bonita Bay. The previously sold residences will remain open for viewing after completion of construction through a developer leaseback. Omega is the last high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for an all-new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury lifestyle within the award-winning Bonita Bay community. After processing sales worth $10 million in January, the total sales volume at Omega is now $125 million and the building is 45 percent sold.
The Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses. Robb & Stucky will create the interior for tower residence 802. The architectural design of the 02 residence allows for floor to ceiling windows that offer 78-foot wide views of the Gulf of Mexico. The 4,210 square feet under air open-concept floor plan includes a private elevator foyer, an interior foyer and gallery hallway, an island kitchen with an adjoining family room, a dining room and great room, three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half baths, and a 75 square foot air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.
