Ronto Names Interior Designers for Leaseback Models at Omega High-Rise

The Ronto Group has selected the interior design firms that will create the interior designs for two furnished models at its 27-floor Omega high-rise tower that is currently under construction at Bonita Bay.  The previously sold residences will remain open for viewing after completion of construction through a developer leaseback.  Omega is the last high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for an all-new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury lifestyle within the award-winning Bonita Bay community.  After processing sales worth $10 million in January, the total sales volume at Omega is now $125 million and the building is 45 percent sold.

The Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses.  Robb & Stucky will create the interior for tower residence 802.  The architectural design of the 02 residence allows for floor to ceiling windows that offer 78-foot wide views of the Gulf of Mexico.  The 4,210 square feet under air open-concept floor plan includes a private elevator foyer, an interior foyer and gallery hallway, an island kitchen with an adjoining family room, a dining room and great room, three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half baths, and a 75 square foot air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The great room and dining room open to a 540 square-foot covered terrace that includes a gas grill.  The owner’s suite features a sitting area in the owner’s bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bath with a separate water closet, his and her vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  The remaining 02 residences are priced from $2,300,000 to $3,995,000.

Penthouse Living | Omega Bonita Bay

Clive Daniel Home is designing the interior for the 503-tower residence.  With a total of 5,730 square feet and 68-foot wide views of the Gulf, the 03-floor plan is one of the largest condominium plans available in Southwest Florida.  The plan includes 4,645 square feet under air and covered terrace spaces measuring 1,005 square feet.  The plan features a private elevator foyer, an interior foyer and gallery hallway, a double-island kitchen and great room, a second seating area with pocketing sliders that open to a gulf-facing covered terrace with multiple seating areas and a gas grill, four bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, four and a half baths, and an 80-square foot air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  Two of the guest bedrooms and the study open to an east-facing terrace.  The owner’s suite includes two walk-in closets, and a bath with a separate water closet, his and her vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  Just two 03 residences priced at $2,625,000 and $3,395,000 remain available.

The remaining tower residences are priced from $2,300,000 to $4,965,000.  One remaining penthouse is priced at $6,945,000.  Tower residences above the 15th floor are available.  The building’s 15th and 7th floors are sold out.  One residence remains available on five other floors.  The Omega floor plans feature the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites.  The tower residences offer 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide.
