Ronto Reports $95 Million in Sales at Omega, New Sales Center Now Open

Luxury High Rise Built by Award Winning Developer

With new sales in November and December, The Ronto Group has now processed sales contracts worth $95 million at Omega, a 27-floor high-rise tower to be built by the award-winning developer within Bonita Bay.  Omega has been designed to provide the newest and largest luxury high-rise residences in Southwest Florida.  With every fully completed tower residence including expansive open-concept living areas, spacious covered outdoor terraces, luxurious features and finishes, a private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence, and a private enclosed two-car garage, Omega offers unprecedented value.  Omega will be the last luxury high-rise to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for a new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury condominium lifestyle within the award-winning community at an exceptional price point.

Ronto also announced that a newly renovated Omega Sales Center is now open at 26951 Country Club Drive within Bonita Bay.  The Sales Center showcases finishes available in residences at Omega and features a completely finished full-sized kitchen.  A scale model of the Omega tower is also on display.

Designed by architect Robert Swedroe, Omega presents a fresh perspective on luxury and offers an approach to high-rise living never available in the Southwest Florida until now.  The clean-lined tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses.  Three of the four spectacular penthouses have been sold.  The remaining penthouse is priced at $6.75 million.  Pre-construction pricing for the tower residences that offer a stunning 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide starts at $2.150 million.

Ronto and Swedroe have created a high-rise living experience at Omega that has already set a new standard in Southwest Florida.  They focused on creating the building from the inside out based on interviews with potential purchasers.  The purchasers indicated view corridors and spacious, open floor plans with flowing living areas, large owner suites and secondary bedrooms, big outdoor living areas, private garages, and readily accessible storage space were all critical to the living experience.  Functionality and comfort were more important than form.  Rather than wanting to downsize by moving into a condominium with less square footage than their single-family homes, potential purchasers wanted to simplify their lives by moving into a maintenance-free environment without sacrificing space or livability.

The expansive open living spaces and sheer size of Omega’s residences reflect Ronto and Swedroe’s approach.  Their design takes advantage of innovative high-rise construction methods and materials that span greater distances and allow the use of more glass.  Rather than designing a four unit per floor building, they created a three unit per floor approach that allowed the residences to be wider and more spacious than any of the other high-rise towers currently under construction in Southwest Florida.  As a result, the Omega tower and penthouse floor plans offer the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites.  The light-filled residences will feature larger, wider, open living spaces with walls comprised of tall windows that will offer incredible views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  The living spaces, owners’ suites, and some of the guest bedrooms will open to huge outdoor terraces that will feature 42-inch high glass railings.  Volume ceiling heights of ten feet four-inches, or eleven feet four-inches in the penthouses, except where dropped, will create a sense of space that cannot be duplicated by remodeling the existing high-rise residences that dot the shoreline between Naples and Fort Myers.

Omega’s 01 tower residences on floors four through 25 reflect Ronto and Swedroe’s design approach.   The 01 residences will include 4,645 square feet under air, an unobstructed 68-foot wide view, outdoor terrace areas totaling an incredible 1,005 square feet, and an 80 square-foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The combination of the interior, exterior, and storage spaces offers an unparalleled total of 5,725 square feet.  The 01-plan features a massive great room, elegant dining area, comfortable family room, and a double-island kitchen.  The great room and owner’s bedroom open to a huge west and southwest facing terrace with multiple conversation areas, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill.  The double-island kitchen offers an additional gathering place when entertaining.  The plan also includes four-and-a-half baths, three large guest bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, and ten-foot, four-inch ceilings except where dropped.  The den and all three guest bedrooms open to another large terrace that offers sunrise views.

Omega residents will enjoy 18,000 square feet of interior amenities, as well as an expansive outdoor amenity deck featuring a massive resort-style pool.  Visitors and residents will step into an entry lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, package room, and mail room.  The entry lobby will offer a view of the building’s grand salon that will feature a living room-like setting with couches, side chairs, a cocktail table, and see-through views of a covered terrace and the outdoor amenity deck.  Doorways will lead to a library and card room and to a billiards and game room.  Both spaces will provide access the covered terrace.  The library and card room will also open to a conference room.

The south side of the building will feature a social room measuring more than 3,000 square feet.  Tall windows will offer long-range views to the south and west.  The social room will include a bar, a linear fireplace, and a full kitchen.  Double doors will open to the outdoor amenity deck.  Omega’s 600 square-foot theater off the social room will offer plush couches and chaises to enhance the viewing experience.

Three guest suites will accommodate out-of-town visitors.  Six cottages on garage level two and six poolside cabanas are available for purchase by residents.  A 2,100 square-foot fitness center is also located on the north side of the building.  Tall windows will offer stunning long-range views to the north and west.  The fitness center will include the latest equipment, a massage room, and men’s and women’s saunas and locker rooms.

Outside, contemporary glass railings will line the amenity deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s golf courses.  A pool with a beach entry and sun shelves will serve as the centerpiece of the amenity deck.  Poolside day beds will be placed around the pool.  Six private poolside cabanas are available for purchase and will include full bathrooms and a beverage center with a sink and refrigerator.  Day cabanas will also be available.  A pool pavilion with a bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place.  Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion.  A second pavilion is designed as a food area with cooking appliances.  Sunset viewing areas and a fire pit terrace with seating will be available.

Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace will include hot tubs positioned next to the terraces’ glass railing.  Firepit seating areas behind the tubs, and a fire table seating area will provide abundant seating to ensure all residents can fully enjoy the ambiance.  A large kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting.
