Ronto’s Omega High-Rise at Bonita Bay Now Nearing 60% Sold

After processing sales worth more than $30.5 million since January 1st, The Ronto Group’s 27-floor Omega high-rise tower at Bonita Bay is nearing 60% sold.  The total project to date sales volume is now more than $134 million.  Omega is the last luxury high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for an all-new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury condominium lifestyle within the award-winning Bonita Bay community.  Construction of the Omega tower continues to progress at a rapid pace.  Concrete has been poured on the building’s ninth level and masonry work is continuing on levels two, four, and five.  Columns from level nine to level ten have been formed and poured.  Window installation and waterproofing are underway.

The Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses.  The tower offers an approach to high-rise living never available in Southwest Florida until now.  The Omega floor plans feature the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites.  The tower residences offer 4,645 square feet or 4,210 square feet under air and expansive views 78-feet or 68-feet wide.  The 4,645 square-feet under air 401 tower residence will feature a 1,625 square feet extended west-facing terrace overlooking the building’s outdoor amenity deck.  A staircase secured by a fob entry will lead to the amenity deck.  The remaining tower residences are priced from $2,400,000 to $4,965,000.  One penthouse on Omega’s 26th floor remains available and is priced at $7,295,000.  The 2602 penthouse floor plan offers 6,480 square feet under air, terrace areas totaling 1,685 square feet, and a private rooftop terrace measuring 1,985 square feet.

Residences above the 15th floor are available, including one on the 20th floor and two on the 25th floor.  The building’s 7th, 11th, 12th, and 15th floors are sold out.  Just one residence remains available on five other floors.  Two residences featuring the 03-floor plan on the north side of the building remain available.  The 03 residences will include 4,645 square feet under air, an unobstructed 68-foot wide view, outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet, and a 75 square-foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The remaining 03 residences include one on the ninth floor priced at $3,395,000, and one on the fourth floor priced at $2,755,000.

 Omega’s amenities include 18,000 square feet of interior amenities, an expansive outdoor amenity deck featuring a massive resort-style pool, and a 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace.  The entry lobby will offer a view of the building’s grand salon that will feature a living room-like setting and views of a covered terrace and the outdoor amenity deck.  The entry lobby and grand salon will lead to a 600 square-foot library and card room and to a 750 square-foot billiards and game room.  

The south side of the building will feature a social room measuring more than 3,000 square feet.  The social room will include a bar, a linear fireplace, and a full kitchen.  Double doors will open to the outdoor amenity deck.  Omega’s 600 square-foot theater will be situated off the social room and offer plush seating to enhance the movie viewing experience.

Three guest suites will be located on the north side of the building.  Cottages on garage level two and six poolside cabanas are available for purchase.  A 2,100 square-foot fitness center will also be located on the north side of the building.  The fitness center will include the latest fitness technology, a massage room, and men’s and women’s saunas and locker rooms.

Glass railings will line the outdoor amenity deck’s curved perimeter.  A pool with a beach entry and two sun shelves will serve as the amenity deck’s centerpiece.  Poolside day beds will feature retractable tops.  A whirlpool spa will be situated under a trellis.   A pool pavilion with an open-air bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place.  Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion.  Seating areas will be available on the amenity deck, including a fire pit terrace with seating.

Omega’s 4,200 square foot rooftop terrace will include hot tubs positioned next to the terraces’ glass railing.  Two firepit seating areas behind the tubs, along with an even larger fire table seating area, will provide abundant seating.  Restrooms, a large kitchen area for catering, and a separate bar area will complete the spectacular setting.  

Through a variety of membership opportunities, Omega residents can take advantage of the amenities available through Bonita Bay Club.  The Club’s amenities include three on-property and two off-property golf courses, as well as a 60,000 square feet Lifestyle Center with a 9,000 square-foot spa and salon, a 20,000 square-foot fitness center, and the Wave Café.  The Club’s Tennis and Aquatic Center features a Sports Center with a tennis pro shop, as well as men’s and ladies’ tennis locker rooms.  A pool includes four lap lanes, a beach entry, and a spa.  The Breezeway Bar and Café features a poolside outdoor dining experience.  The Bonita Bay Marina is minutes from the waters of the Gulf.  Wet slips and dry boat storage are available, as well as on-site fueling and light mechanical services.  Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Bay’s residents-only beach park is just 10 to 15 minutes from the community.
